B.Ed course is designed as a professional course aimed at preparing individuals to teach at various levels, including upper primary or middle level (classes VI-VIII), secondary level (classes IX-X), and senior secondary level (classes XI-XII). The B.Ed Division offers this program for aspiring students who want to become school teachers as well as for Assistant Teachers currently employed in schools under the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT of Delhi) who are looking to advance and teach at higher levels. The B.Ed course provided by the B.Ed Division is recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) and is affiliated with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi.
B.Ed full form is Bachelor of Education and B.Ed course duration is two years.
